Sam's Daily Routine
Sam starts/begins/wakes up his day at seven. He quickly/briskly/slowly prepares for the day and makes/eats/prepares a quick bite to eat. After breakfast, Sam heads/goes/rushes to work. His job is teaching history, which he sometimes struggles with.

Sam and the Lost Treasure

He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.
- Luckily, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
- But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.

Sam's New Friend
Sam was feeling a little sad. He hoped to have a new buddy to play with. One day, while he was exploring in the park, he saw something interesting. It was a little animal with glowing feathers. Sam quietly walked over to the creature and said, "Hello! What's your identity?" The creature laughed and replied Sam, "My name is Lily!" And so, Sam made a new companion. They spent the rest of the day talking together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be close buddies forever.
